Service Description

Open to dancers & adults with a curiosity for dance and movement. The class welcomes both trained & passionate movers wishing to deepen their personal practice through the MCDC approach, and those who enjoy moving creatively and are open to a challenge. Through guided improvisation and adaptable movement phrases, each session supports individuality & exploration at your own pace. Monday 25th of May 2pm - 4pm Krump Dance Workshop with Amanda Pefkou 4pm - 5pm Optional Networking, peer to peer support We have some free spaces available.
