Service Description

Open to dancers & adults with a curiosity for dance and movement. The class welcomes both trained & amateurs movers wishing to deepen their personal practice through the MCDC approach, and those who enjoy moving creatively Through guided improvisation and adaptable movement phrases, each session supports individuality & exploration at your own pace. We have some free spaces available. Let us know if cost of the workshop is a barrier.
